SPEEDISHUTTLE APPLYING FOR PERMISSION TO SERVE SEATTLE WASHINTON

October 20, 2014

SpeediShuttle Washington, LLC, an affiliate of SpeediShuttle, LLC, filed an application for Auto Transportation Authority with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission today. The application is to request authority to offer door-to-door shared ride service between Sea-Tac International Airport and points within King County, Washington and to provide statewide charter and excursion service in Washington.

Company officials say the move to open the new affiliate operations in Seattle is in direct response to repeated requests from large travel wholesale partners seeking quality ground transportation services and expanded options for this wonderful destination. The new company plans to operate deluxe Mercedes Benz 11 passenger shuttles outfitted with complementary Wi-Fi and GPS tracking that will provide the exceptional transportation experience that SpeediShuttle in the Hawaiian Islands have become known for.

“We are thrilled to serve and partner with so many great companies in the Seattle Washington,” said Lee Collins, vice president of sales and marketing for SpeediShuttle. “We look forward to expanding our legacy of exceptional customer service, and working in tandem with our industry partners to provide the very best experience for all visitors and residents to the beautiful Seattle area while helping promote the destination globally through our travel trade partnerships.”
